As Founder, Co-Owner, and CEO of Trident Contracting, Govan combines his deep industry knowledge with a commitment to precision, efficiency, and top-tier craftsmanship. A former high-level competitive swimmer and water polo player in his youth, he brings a disciplined, team-first mentality to every project. A devoted husband and father of three, Govan balances his professional excellence with a deep commitment to family. Known for his hands-on leadership and relentless attention to detail, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

Blake Low is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL with 20 years of elite military service, specializing in leadership, perseverance, and high-pressure decision-making. As Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer of Trident Contracting, he channels his tactical mindset into driving operational excellence and business development. Blake’s extensive experience in planning, logistics, and team leadership enables him to deliver exceptional results in complex projects.
